A study in atmospheric clarity, this fragrance captures the mist-laden air of a high-country tea plantation, opening with a photorealistic beam of icy spearmint, Italian cedrat, and a crisp touch of cardamom that mimics first light hitting dew-covered leaves. As it develops, the heart reveals a rich, botanical soul, blending steeped Ceylon tea and jasmine with the resinous green of balsam fir to create a deeply tranquil, aromatic core. Finally, the base unfolds into a comforting foundation of velvet musk, soft vanilla, and warm amber, leaving a clean, mineral trail that feels like a quiet exhale in a hand-wrought silver vessel.

Aether is the kind of fragrance that reminds me why I love this house. That Ceylon tea tincture is AMAZING, it has this real steeped-tea character that feels alive rather than just another “tea accord.” The icy mint, cardamom and citrus brighten everything up, while the fir, musk, vanilla and amber give it just enough body underneath. Fresh, calming, artisanal and genuinely beautiful. This is Veritas showing off.

I have 11 Veritas fragrances in my collection, and Aether is without a doubt, my favorite. And that is hard to say, because everything Veritas in my collection is absolutely stunning.

The tea note, mixed with the bright citrus and mint, all blended together beautifully by a creamy undertone is just so gorgeous to my nose.

It is so cozy, so fresh, clean and inviting. I am waiting as patiently as possible for the next batch to drop with fingers crossed for larger bottles, because I NEED more Aether in my life.

WOW is all i can say as i am in awe of the complexity of this fragrance and how well blended it is. I’ll definitely need a 100 ML bottle when they become available!
