Shipping & Fulfillment

Because Veritas Fragrance Co. is a solo operation, every single bottle is hand-checked, carefully packed, and shipped directly by me. I take great pride in getting your fragrances to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Fulfillment Timeline

• Standard Processing: Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days.

• High-Volume Periods: During new releases, holidays, or restocks, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. I appreciate your patience while I craft and pack your orders with care.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the when your label is printed, and it may take one business day for tracking information to update as the carrier begins scanning your package.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

I ship via USPS from Bristol, CT.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days once handed off to the carrier.

• Please Note: Once a package leaves my hands, transit times are entirely up to the postal carrier. I am not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or disruptions.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Tracking Says "Delivered" but it’s missing: Please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your building’s front desk. Occasionally, carriers mark items as delivered a day early.

• Missing in Transit: If your package has not moved in over 7 business days, please email me at jayson@veritasfragrance.com with your order number, and I will help you look into it.
