The Veritas Scent Match Guarantee

Fragrance is an intimate, evolving experience, and I know that buying a scent online requires trust. My goal is for you to find a fragrance that truly resonates with you. If a full-size bottle isn't your perfect match, I am happy to help you find the right one.

Return Guidelines

I accept returns on full-size bottles within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided they meet these standards:

Scent Testing: The bottle must be virtually full, having only been sprayed a few times to test the fragrance on your skin.
Original Packaging: The bottle must be returned securely inside its original, undamaged packaging.

Once I receive and personally inspect the return, I will issue your refund via email as a digital Veritas store credit.

Excluded Items

To protect the absolute hygiene and integrity of my small-batch pours, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on sample, travel-size or digital items. The following are Final Sale:

Damages & Issues

As a solo creator, I personally quality-check every single bottle before it leaves my hands. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify me immediately upon delivery so I can make it right for you.

How to Start a Return

For standard returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Because I cannot issue credit for items lost on their way back to me, I strongly advise using a trackable shipping service.
